Some lenders causing delays in Greek bailout review - Greek PM Tsipras

Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras was quoted saying, via Reuters, that some of the lenders are trying to waste time and have caused delays in Greek bailout review. 

Additional headlines:

   • Greece is expected to achieve a primary budget surplus of more than 3%
   • If there is no bailout review on 7 April there should be initiatives at a higher level
